Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy for Non-custom Products

All items bought are considered final sale unless the product is received with a significantly defective or damaged part . Refunds and or exchanges will not be granted in any other case. All items purchased on sale or with a discount are final sale, no exceptions. 

In the case that an item is received with damages and or defects, proof of damages and or defects is required to be sent within 72 hours of receiving the product. Refunds and or exchanges will not be granted after the initial 72 hour window following receipt of the product. The products must be in the same condition they were received in, and must be returned in the same packaging they were received in.

All refunds and exchanges are subject to management’s approval and are subject to a 25% restocking fee upon return. We will return your payment using the original method, and cash refunds will be issued via check within 14 days. Please note that shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
