The United Canada's Exchange Policy is offered only for Non-custom Products purchased from us.

Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality products and services. However, we go an extra mile when it comes to ensuring customer satisfaction, but we understand the issue related to purchases may arise that need to be resolved as soon as possible. Thereby, our comprehensive Exchange policy is formulated to cater any issue you may encounter and come up with a fair solution.

The Purchases considered as Final Sale

All items purchased from United Canada are considered final sale unless the product is received with a significantly defective or damaged part. As we take complete responsibility for the quality of products in our hands and are committed to address all your issues effectively and efficiently. However, refunds and exchanges will not be granted in any other case.

Additionally, it is important to note that all items purchased on sale or at a certain discounted rate are also considered as final sale, without any exceptions. Our team puts its laser-focused attention to provide our customer with market competitive prices and more than their perceived value, for that the discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Even if the product is defective or damaged, refunds and exchanges will not be granted after the initial 72-hour window after receiving the product.

The Purchases that can be processed under exchange policy

In the unfortunate case if and only if an item is received with damages or defects, we require proof of damages or defects to further process it as per our policy.
The proof of the damaged item as any image and/or video is supposed to be submitted before 72 hours of receiving the product that would push us to assess the issue and take actions accordingly and promptly to get it resolved.

Moreover, in order to get your product processed for return or exchange, it must be sent back in the same condition as it was received in and also must be in original packaging. As our products are packed with utmost care to ensure their safe delivery, we would appreciate it if you cooperate with us in maintaining their condition for return.

Management Approval and Restocking Fee

All the refund and exchange requests are subjected to management's approval to ensure fair and proper implementation of our policy.
Besides, a 25% restocking fee may be charged against return of the product to cover the costs associated with the process of returns and restocking inventory that will allow us to keep providing quality products and services to our customers continuously, without fail.

Refund Methods

  • As soon as the refund is approved by management, your payment will be returned to you via the original method of payment paid to us.
  • For cash refunds, a cheque will be issued within 14 days of approval.
  • Also, let it be cleared and noted that the shipping as well as delivery costs are non-refundable for these are services provided by third-party actors.
