Order Processing and Delivery Window

Once you complete your purchase, a confirmation email will be sent to you to recall your order details and give an estimated delivery window.

Note: Despite our efforts to mention delivery time as accurately as possible, providing an exact delivery time in the confirmation email is challenging for us due to the high volume of orders. To cope with this, our team will keep you updated throughout the shipping process.


Order Confirmation and Scheduling

One of the dedicated United Canada's representatives will be in touch with you once your order is ready for shipment. During this communication, the final delivery arrangements will be made, along with the scheduling of a suitable delivery date and time based on your availability.

As per our commitment to customer satisfaction and convenience, a courtesy call will be dialled to you a day before the scheduled delivery date for confirming your coordination and readiness.


Signature Requirement and Delivery Coordination

For security purposes, we have a policy stating that while receiving the order at the time of delivery, a signature is required by an individual who is 18 years old or above at the receiver's end. Thus, it is necessary to have such an individual at the moment and address of delivery to facilitate coordination with our crew.

Also make sure to reserve the elevator of your apartment complex for the scheduled timespan of delivery to have a smooth assembly and setup.

Shipping Charges

  • Within Ontario:

United Canada always ensures the most cost-efficient and transparent shipping fee; hence the charges are commenced at $149.99 for surrounding areas of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), and at $249.99 for white glove delivery within Ontario.

Avail the limited-time discount that will charge you only $199.99 shipping fee on white glove delivery within the boundaries of Ontario.


  • Outside Ontario:

For the inquiry of shipping charges outside Ontario, you are supposed to dial our service team and get the thorough details about applicable shipping charges depending on your delivery area, the order quantity, types of services you can expect, and so on.
