LEATHER CARE & WARRANTY

Product Care Guidelines

The use of third-party products will invalidate Palliser's Warranty. Any non-approved products are not covered under warranty protection.

Cleaning Instructions

Leather should be cleaned regularly, as frequent, gentle cleaning is less harmful than occasional, more intense cleaning. Regular cleaning helps remove dirt, skin oils, and perspiration buildup.

Caring for Protected, Pigmented, and Semi-aniline Leathers

Clean using a mild soap and water mixture. The soap should have a neutral pH. After cleaning, rinse with a damp cloth to remove soap residue. Avoid using soaps that are harsh on your skin, as they can also harm the leather.

Always test the solution on a hidden part of the leather to ensure no damage occurs. Check for color transfer onto the cloth, then wipe dry with a clean cloth.

Maintaining Aniline Leather

Use only a slightly damp cloth for cleaning. Do not use soap on natural leather. After cleaning, wipe the surface dry.

Bonded and Leather Match Care

Clean with a mild soap and water solution, using soap with a neutral pH. Rinse with a damp cloth to remove any residue. Avoid harsh soaps, as they can damage the material. Test the cleaning solution on a hidden area to ensure no damage or color transfer occurs. Wipe dry with a clean cloth.
