The warranty on Beaudoin Breeze platforms is valid if assembly instructions are followed carefully.

Covered on-delivery flaws:

Structural damages

Rips of fabrics

Seams undone

Within 1 year: Damaged fabric covers are warranted for 1 year of using and cleaning the product as per instructions.

Within 5 years:

Any manufacturing damages including the cracked structure of the platform under normal usage would be warranted within 5 years. All claims must be accompanied with the purchase receipt, a picture of the defect, and, if possible, a picture of the packaging. Our liability, under any circumstances, is limited to replacement of products.

Beaudoin Upholstered Headboards

The warranty on Beaudoin upholstered headboards is valid for one year against manufacturing defects.

Within 1 year:

The warranty covers manufacturing defects like structural failures under normal usage of the headboard for 1 year of purchase. In case of any modification or use of a chemical fabric protector on the product, our warranty will be void. All claims must be accompanied by the purchase receipt, a picture of the defect, and, if possible, a picture of the packaging.
