Single and double needle top stitching for luxurious tailoring (on leather and select fabrics)
The collection comes standard with Espresso finish wood legs for a refined appearance
All Palliser frames are made from engineered wood products, hardwood, or softwood
Joints are pinned and glued to ensure uniformity and strength
Loose back cushions feature a fiber filling, blown into channels to prevent shifting and offer pillow-soft comfort. Cushions are not attached and can be easily removed.
Loose seat cushions contain a high-resiliency, high-density foam core, encased in a bag filled with polyester fiber. Channels are sewn in to prevent shifting, mimicking the feel of a feather cushion. Cushions can be removed from the frame.
Back suspension utilizes 100% premium elastic webbing for consistent comfort and support.
Seat suspension is made with interwoven 100% premium elastic webbing, designed for consistent comfort and durability.

Warranty

The warranty outlined below is our latest version and applies to products purchased on or after June 1, 2021.

The Palliser warranty is not applicable for inappropriate use and cleaning of products, including pet damage, colour fading, dye stains, chemical detergents, etc.

Leather - 5 years

The Palliser warranty on leather covers tears, splits and cracks. Any natural characteristics such as variation in tone, texture, pattern of hair follicles, skin scar and so on are not considered as manufacturing defects. The warranty on all bonded, vinyl, leather match and polyurethane products only covers splits, breaks, and peels.

Fabric - One year

The warranty on fabric materials only covers slippages, frays, and splits. Any obvious changes like velvet nap flattening, shrinks, pilling over the time will not be entertained.

Metal Frames - 2-year warranty

Metal frames are covered by a warranty against breakage for two years when used under normal household conditions

Cushion and Fibre foam - Five years

Seat cushions are warranted only against collapsing, while flattening and softening of the filling are obvious after months of sitting, as such these are not covered in warranty.
