Seat cushions are tightly fitted and crafted from various densities of high-resiliency, contour-cut foam to ensure ergonomic seating comfort. These cushions are seamlessly integrated into the frame or seat back.
Back cushions are also tightly fitted, using multiple densities of contour-cut foam for optimal ergonomic support. They are built as an indistinguishable part of the frame or seat back.
The seat suspension system includes interwoven 100% premium elastic webbing, designed to deliver lasting comfort and durability.
The back suspension system features 100% premium elastic webbing for consistent support and comfort.

Warranty

The warranty outlined below is our latest version and applies to products purchased on or after June 1, 2021.

The Palliser warranty is not applicable for inappropriate use and cleaning of products, including pet damage, colour fading, dye stains, chemical detergents, etc

Power Recliner Motors - Three year warranty

Power recliner motors are warranted against manufacturing defects.

Leather - 5 years

The Palliser warranty on leather covers tears, splits, and cracks. Any natural characteristics such as variation in tone, texture, pattern of hair follicles, skin scar, and so on are not considered as manufacturing defects. The warranty on all bonded, vinyl, leather match and polyurethane products only covers splits, breaks, and peels.

Fabric - One year

The warranty on fabric materials only covers slippages, frays, and splits. Any obvious changes like velvet nap flattening, shrinks, pilling over the time will not be entertained.

Cushion and Fibre foam - Five years

Seat cushions are warranted only against collapsing, while flattening and softening of the filling are obvious after months of sitting, as such these are not covered in warranty.
