The Palliser warranty is not applicable for inappropriate use and cleaning of products, including pet damage, colour, fading, dye stains, chemical detergents, etc
Sofa Bed Mechanisms - Two-year warranty
The warranty on sofa bed mechanisms and mattress covers material and manufacturing defects. Damages caused by their excessive use will not be warranted.
Leather - 5 years
The Palliser warranty on leather covers tears, splits, and cracks. Any natural characteristics such as variation in tone, texture, pattern of hair follicles, skin scar, and so on are not considered as manufacturing defects. The warranty on all bonded, vinyl, leather match and polyurethane products only covers splits, breaks, and peels.
Fabric - One year
The warranty on fabric materials only covers slippages, frays, and splits. Any obvious changes like velvet nap flattening, shrinks, pilling over the time will not be entertained.
Power Recliner Motors - Three year warranty
Power recliner motors are warranted against manufacturing defects.
