Features

Single and double needle top stitching provides a luxurious and tailored finish, enhancing the overall design (on leather and select fabrics).
All Palliser frames are built from engineered wood products, hardwood, or softwood.
Joints are pinned and glued to ensure uniformity and strength.
Attached seat cushions are made with a high-resiliency, high-density foam core, wrapped in polyester. These cushions are permanently attached to the frame and cannot be removed.
Semi-attached back cushions are filled with fiber, blown into channels to prevent shifting and deliver pillow-soft comfort.
The back suspension utilizes 100% premium elastic webbing to ensure consistent comfort and support.
The seat suspension uses heavy-gauge sinuous springs, carefully engineered to provide long-lasting comfort and durability.

Warranty

The warranty outlined below is our latest version and applies to products purchased on or after June 1, 2021.

The Palliser warranty is not applicable for inappropriate use and cleaning of products, including pet damage, colour fading, dye stains, chemical detergents, etc.

Leather - 5 years

The Palliser warranty on leather covers tears, splits and cracks. Any natural characteristics such as variation in tone, texture, pattern of hair follicles, skin scar and so on are not considered as manufacturing defects. The warranty on all bonded, vinyl, leather match and polyurethane products only covers splits, breaks, and peels.

Fabric - One year

The warranty on fabric materials only covers slippages, frays, and splits. Any obvious changes like velvet nap flattening, shrinks, pilling over the time will not be entertained.

Metal Frames - 2-year warranty

Metal frames are covered by a warranty against breakage for two years when used under normal household conditions

Cushion and Fibre foam - Five years

Seat cushions are warranted only against collapsing, while flattening and softening of the filling are obvious after months of sitting, as such these are not covered in warranty.
