The Palliser warranty is not applicable for inappropriate use and cleaning of products, including pet damage, colour fading, dye stains, chemical detergents, etc
Frames for beds - 5 year warranty
A 5-year warranty on complete bed covers only structural breakage of wooden frame and slats, despite their careful assembly. *If a customer purchases only the headboard, the warranty lasts for just one year.
Leather - 5 years
The Palliser warranty on leather covers tears, splits, and cracks. Any natural characteristics such as variation in tone, texture, pattern of hair follicles, skin scar, and so on are not considered as manufacturing defects. The warranty on all bonded, vinyl, leather match and polyurethane products only covers splits, breaks, and peels.
Fabric - One year
The warranty on fabric materials only covers slippages, frays, and splits. Any obvious changes like velvet nap flattening, shrinks, pilling over the time will not be entertained.
Drawer Boxes - One Year Warranty
Drawer box constructions and mechanical components (slides) are warranted against manufacturing defects only.
