Solid steel brackets with countersunk holes and flat-head bolts provide superior strength.
360 degrees of complete upholstery for a seamless and elegant appearance.
Metal bed frames can be connected to Palliser headboards using the Metal Frame Adapter Kit.
Screw holes must be added by the consumer post-purchase, with placement varying based on the size and style of the metal frame.

Warranty

The warranty outlined below is our latest version and applies to products purchased on or after June 1, 2021.

The Palliser warranty is not applicable for inappropriate use and cleaning of products, including pet damage, colour fading, dye stains, chemical detergents, etc

Frames for beds - 5 year warranty

A 5-year warranty on complete bed covers only structural breakage of wooden frame and slats, despite their careful assembly. *If a customer purchases only the headboard, the warranty lasts for just one year.

Leather - 5 years

The Palliser warranty on leather covers tears, splits, and cracks. Any natural characteristics such as variation in tone, texture, pattern of hair follicles, skin scar, and so on are not considered as manufacturing defects. The warranty on all bonded, vinyl, leather match and polyurethane products only covers splits, breaks, and peels.

Fabric - One year

The warranty on fabric materials only covers slippages, frays, and splits. Any obvious changes like velvet nap flattening, shrinks, pilling over the time will not be entertained.

Drawer Boxes - One Year Warranty

Drawer box constructions and mechanical components (slides) are warranted against manufacturing defects only.
