Loose seat cushions feature a thin box border and duvet-style construction, filled with 25% feather and 75% ball fiber, encased in down-proof ticking to prevent feathers from poking through.
Loose back cushions offer the same duvet-style construction, filled with the same feather and ball fiber blend, and can be easily removed from the frame for convenience.

Warranty

The warranty outlined below is our latest version and applies to products purchased on or after June 1, 2021.

The Palliser warranty is not applicable for inappropriate use and cleaning of products, including pet damage, colour fading, dye stains, chemical detergents, etc.

Leather - 5 years

The Palliser warranty on leather covers tears, splits and cracks. Any natural characteristics such as variation in tone, texture, pattern of hair follicles, skin scar and so on are not considered as manufacturing defects. The warranty on all bonded, vinyl, leather match and polyurethane products only covers splits, breaks, and peels.

Fabric - One year

The warranty on fabric materials only covers slippages, frays, and splits. Any obvious changes like velvet nap flattening, shrinks, pilling over the time will not be entertained.

Metal Frames - 2-year warranty

Metal frames are covered by a warranty against breakage for two years when used under normal household conditions

Cushion and Fibre foam - Five years

Seat cushions are warranted only against collapsing, while flattening and softening of the filling are obvious after months of sitting, as such these are not covered in warranty.
