To avail the warranty on Beaudoin Reflexx platforms, the attached assembly instructions must be followed carefully.

Covered on-delivery flaws:

Structural damages

Rips of fabrics

Seams undone

Within 1 year:

Damaged bins or fabric cover after normal usage of the platform would be covered by 1 year warranty.

Within 10 years:

Any manufacturing defects including damaged structure of the platform under its instructed use will be warranted till 10 years of purchase. All claims must be accompanied with the purchase receipt, a picture of the defect, and, if possible, a picture of the packaging. Our liability, under any circumstances, is limited to the replacement of products.

Beaudoin Upholstered Headboards

The warranty on Beaudoin upholstered headboards will last for one year against manufacturing defects.

Any manufacturing defects like structural failures caused under normal usage of the headboard or bed will remain warranted till 1 year of purchase.

The warranty will be void in case of any modifications or even the use of a chemical fabric protector on products.
