It is equipped with premium quality material including the outermost fabric or leather cover, innermost solid wooden frame, and the high resiliency filling in the seat, back, and arms of the chair; elevating its durability and style to another level.

Uses single top stitching to create a clean, tailored look
Available on leather and selected fabric options
Constructed using engineered wood, hardwood, or softwood
Joints are pinned and glued to enhance strength and maintain consistency
Attached seat cushions have a high-resiliency, high-density foam core wrapped in polyester
Cushions are fully secured to the frame and not removable
Loose back cushions are filled with fiber blown into channels to prevent shifting and offer soft comfort
Back cushions are not attached and can be easily removed
Back suspension uses sinuous springs for enhanced comfort and support
Seat suspension includes interwoven 100% premium elastic webbing for long-lasting comfort and durability

Warranty

The warranty outlined below is our latest version and applies to products purchased on or after June 1, 2021.

The Palliser warranty is not applicable for inappropriate use and cleaning of products, including pet damage, colour fading, dye stains, chemical detergents, etc.

Leather - 5 years

The Palliser warranty on leather covers tears, splits and cracks. Any natural characteristics such as variation in tone, texture, pattern of hair follicles, skin scar and so on are not considered as manufacturing defects. The warranty on all bonded, vinyl, leather match and polyurethane products only covers splits, breaks, and peels.

Fabric - One year

The warranty on fabric materials only covers slippages, frays, and splits. Any obvious changes like velvet nap flattening, shrinks, pilling over the time will not be entertained.

Metal Frames - 2-year warranty

Metal frames are covered by a warranty against breakage for two years when used under normal household conditions

Cushion and Fibre foam - Five years

Seat cushions are warranted only against collapsing, while flattening and softening of the filling are obvious after months of sitting, as such these are not covered in warranty.
